Important information for all Stanton Cross residents.
On the 10th November 2025 we shared an update about the proposed changes to the Section 106 (s106) agreement.
This document isn’t just about the shop. The S106 agreement also covers schools, roads, parks, and sports facilities – things many of us rely on as much as a local shop and were promised when this development began.
We know how frustrating this is. Your concerns are our concerns. We’ve raised them repeatedly with North Northamptonshire Council (NNC), Stanton Cross Developments LLP (SCD), and other partners, and we’ll keep doing so.
The proposed S106 changes are now open for public comment. Please take a few minutes to respond using the link below.
The Residents’ Association met tonight and voted not to lead or organise a protest, for the following reasons:
